Clinical Background & Experience
Caroline brings a broad range of experience caring for people in many different settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and higher-acuity environments. She has supported patients through family planning, labor and birth, and urgent maternity concerns, often in busy settings that required steady judgment, adaptability, and clear communication.
Her work has included full-scope midwifery care within large, collaborative practices, as well as independent roles supporting labor, birth, and maternity assessments. Across outpatient settings, Caroline has provided gynecologic and reproductive care to diverse communities, approaching each visit with a focus on safety, respect, and making sure patients feel informed and supported.
Caroline is committed to expanding access to reproductive healthcare and has cared for patients with a wide range of needs, including family planning services, gender-affirming care, and situations that call for thoughtful, nuanced counseling. She values taking the time to help people understand their options and feel confident in the decisions they make about their care.
In addition to her clinical work, Caroline has experience teaching and mentoring medical trainees. She enjoys supporting the growth of future clinicians and contributing to care environments that prioritize collaboration, learning, and compassionate practice.
