We offer comprehensive gynecologic care focused on both routine health and complex concerns, including:
- Annual exams and preventive visits
- Cervical cancer screening (Pap testing), with coordination of breast imaging at local imaging centers. When clinically appropriate, patients may choose at-home, self-collected HPV testing as an alternative to a traditional Pap exam.
- Evaluation and treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding
- Management of common gynecologic concerns such as urinary tract infections, vaginal infections (BV and yeast), and acne
- PCOS evaluation and management, including hormonal and metabolic care
Laboratory testing is available through trusted partners, with clear guidance on follow-up and next steps.
Contraception & Family Planning
We provide patient-centered contraception counseling and management, including:
- Birth control options tailored to individual goals and medical history
- Emergency contraception
- Preconception counseling for individuals and couples planning pregnancy

Sexual & Reproductive Health
Haven Health offers confidential sexual health services, including:
- STI screening and treatment
- HIV prevention care, including PrEP and PEP
- Pregnancy testing and early pregnancy evaluation
- Pregnancy options counseling in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment
Perimenopause & Menopause Care
We support patients through hormonal transitions with care focused on symptom management, long-term health, and quality of life. Visits may include evaluation of bleeding changes, symptom management, and individualized treatment planning.
Gender-Affirming Care
We provide gender-affirming gynecologic and sexual health care within an inclusive, respectful clinical environment. Services are individualized and grounded in evidence-based protocols.
We also provide gender affirming hormone therapy for adults age 18 and over.
Postpartum and Fourth Trimster Care
Our postpartum care extends beyond the traditional six-week visit and may include:
- Management of postpartum hypertension
- Support for metabolic and cardiometabolic health after pregnancy
- Fourth-trimester care focused on recovery, adjustment, and long-term wellness
Fertility & LGBTQ+ Family Building
Haven Health offers fertility-focused counseling and care for individuals and LGBTQ+ couples seeking lower-intervention, relationship-centered options. Services may include:

- Select fertility treatments and coordination of care

Early Pregnancy Support
We offer supportive, non-judgmental care for early pregnancy concerns. Our care is focused on the first trimester (through 14 weeks). We can often help evaluate symptoms, answer questions, and provide non-judgemental options counseling so patients understand their choices and next steps.
If ongoing prenatal care is needed beyond 14 weeks, we can assist with referrals and help ensure a smooth transition of care.
