How Our Fertility Care Works
1. Preconception Visit
Your journey begins with a comprehensive 90-minute preconception visit. We review your health history, discuss your fertility goals, teach cycle tracking methods, and walk through all your options — including insemination logistics and sperm bank coordination. This visit can be done via telehealth for patients anywhere in NC.
2. Cycle Tracking & Optimization
We guide you through fertility awareness methods to identify your fertile window. This includes basal body temperature tracking, cervical mucus observation, and ovulation predictor kits. Throughout this phase, you have unlimited phone and messaging support for three months.
3. Insemination & Support
When you are ready, we provide in-home IUI timed to your cycle. The procedure is performed in the comfort and privacy of your own home. If higher-level fertility care is needed, we help guide you toward appropriate next steps or referrals to fertility specialists.
Telehealth Fertility Care Across North Carolina
Preconception counseling, fertility awareness education, cycle tracking guidance, and initial evaluations are all available via telehealth to patients across North Carolina. Whether you live in Charlotte, Raleigh, Asheville, Wilmington, or any NC community, you can begin your fertility journey from home.

Some related services, such as laboratory testing, may be billed to your insurance when applicable, but visits and fertility care provided by Haven Health are self-pay.
